Sometimes with a CSA share, using everything up before it spoils becomes a challenge. Here's how I handled some organic veggies that were lingering in my 'fridge. As with fashion, simplicity with food always works somehow.

All that food looks so tasty, especially the chard with the mushrooms. I also have a hard time not wasting my CSA veggies. I have so many beets that need to be used right now.
Oh, boy, I would love that butternut squash soup recipe. I'm always looking for new ways to cook up squash and get my kids to eat it.

I had the same problem last year when I had a CSA share. I loved the program but sometimes it was almost too much food. But it just gave me an excuse to get creative & use what I had!
