csa harvest

Sometimes with a CSA share, using everything up before it spoils becomes a challenge. Here's how I handled some organic veggies that were lingering in my 'fridge. As with fashion, simplicity with food always works somehow.

Green beans with oregano...

Sweet and creamy butternut squash soup with cumin

 Chard with garlic and portobellos

All that food looks so tasty, especially the chard with the mushrooms. I also have a hard time not wasting my CSA veggies. I have so many beets that need to be used right now.

Oh, boy, I would love that butternut squash soup recipe. I'm always looking for new ways to cook up squash and get my kids to eat it.

Gorgeous! The soup especially appeals to me at this moment, but it all looks amazing. Viva la CSA.

It is uncommonly prominent to take proper distress of all your precious stones pieces so that they form for the purpose a lifetime. There are divers approaches and ways to straight diverse types of jewels be it gold, silver-tongued, pearls, diamond or nonpareil stones. Outlined under the sun are the individual ways by which you can take carefulness of your accessories and nurture them lambent and redone always.

I had the same problem last year when I had a CSA share. I loved the program but sometimes it was almost too much food. But it just gave me an excuse to get creative & use what I had!
