Time for another contest, kids.
I remember when it was hard to find brown rice in a grocery store, so I'm extra tickled to see the number of innovative new vegan products lining the shelves these days. One of them is Silken Creations, pre-flavored in dark chocolate, strawberry and vanilla. This silky smooth soy product is a no-brainer for desserts, mousses and smoothies. You can access recipe ideas on Nasoya's handy database. (Lately, I've been making a lot of vegan ice cream, so can't wait to try Silken Creations as a base. )
Win a coupon for a FREE container of Silken Creations.
Leave a comment and tell me how you would like to use this product. Be sure I can contact you via e-mail. I'll randomly choose a winner in the next few days.

I'd probably go the traditional route and use this to make some sort of mousse pie. I really want to try it!
I would love to use to to make cheesecake!
Definitely chocolate silk pie!
Oooh, I'd love to use this product to make a shortcake! I've never had vegan shortcake!
I would make a dark chocolate peanut butter silk pie or cheesecake! I love anything with those two combined.
oh my goodness!! I can't believe how veg-friendly the groceries are getting these days (I'm speaking relatively, of course, to their state a mere 3 years ago)!
Now I can finally make some vegan deserts :) I needed the extra help, as I'm a klutz in the kitchen.
I'd go simple and make pudding.
Email is anne99@rcn.com.
Can't wait for the new book!
I think I'd throw it over a homemade graham cracker-type crust; add a little chocolate shavings, fresh strawberry slices (having sat overnight in some grand marnier, perhaps), and fresh mint slices; and nibble at it slowly while sitting on my roof on a warm summer day. Yum!
Mmm either a smoothie or right out of the container!
The pie on the front one looks too good to pass up!
I'd probably do a cool, creamy pie with Soyatoo topping and fruit. YUM!
I would make ice cream and then make a milkshake.
chocolate peanut butter pie!
I wold probably use it to make my diabetic mother-in-law who eats waaay too many sweets, a healthier version of chocolate silk pie for her birthday. Granted, there is still sugar, but oh so much better for her!
I'd eat it straight out of the container, I'm on travel for work right now in Charleston, WV and finding vegan deserts is a chore!
Ooh, Strawberry cheesecake!
I would love to make a pie...just like that one on the chocolate container! Not the most inventive, but it sound soooo good!
I've really missed creme brulee since I went vegan. I think I could come up with a pretty good facsimile with this product! Of course, there could also be Key Lime pie... parfaits... vegan "yogurt" or pudding... oh, the possibilities!
I would love to try the strawberry version to help recreate a healthier strawberry milkshake! Yummmm!
A pie. Definitely a pie. Or maybe a smoothie....something delicious!
I'm sure I'd want to try it straight up the first time.
I'd definitely make a chocolate pie with a homemade graham cracker crust...
mmm chocolate silk pie
Chocolate flavored silken tofu? Honestly, I'd probably eat it out of the container in the kitchen, at least the first time. Yum!
mmmm yummy!
I guess I'd probably make some pudding pops for summer time!
I would make a layered cheese cake. I have this idea that has been bouncing around in my head...
Use the vanilla to make a mousse and serve it with chunks of yellow cake and berries. I don't even know if any stores around here will sell it?
definitely ice cream! especially if it ever actually gets hot
I will definitely want your cook book! I will need a signed copy- E-mail me at buffalodickdy@yahoo.com as to how I can get this.... We've been together awhile, you know!
Chocolate-strawberry tofu mousse pops, I think! (Thanks for running the contest!)
I would use my container of silken creations to make Cappuccino Pie, recipe found on their website.
I think I would eat it straight up. It looks great.
i bet they's work well in post-work out protein smoothies.
That strawberry one is DEFINITELY screaming strawberry "cheese"cake...my mouth is watering already...
Yum! Chocolate pudding pie, dairy-free... awesome.
I would totally make a ridiculously decadent banana, dark chocolate, and coconut smoothie/shake!
I will definitely use this to make ice cream in my brand new ice cream maker!!
Vegan Cheesecake! I've never made one.
Wow, such a neat product! I would love to use this in graham cracker cream pie squares, frozen like ice-cream pie! Banana slices layered on top would be a nice addition.
Even though I love all the comments about eating it straight from the package, I'd like to make a parfait with fruit and granola. Sounds much better than yogurt!!!

I would be all over their Chocolate Turtle Cheesecake!!!! Pecans? Yes please! wow. Speechless.
I want to make fudgsicles!

I'd make a cheesecake or a french silk pie, and maybe share it with my family :)
I'd make a cheesecake (I need to use up some FYH cream cheese) or just eat it straight out of the package! Mmmmm :)
I'd totally go the parfait route!

I would love to try Silken Creations! I think I would make a berry parfait with it. Thanks for the chance!
I would make pies , "cheese" cake , puddings.... endless possibilities. Loving the different flavors!
I would use the dark chocolate to make a chocolate mousse pie, most likely with a graham-cracker crust. I'm sure I could put the other flavors to use somehow, as well!
I'm pretty boring. I'd just like to make a strawberry parfait for my omnivore parents.
I would make a banana cream pie or a banana pudding. I'm bonkers over bananas.
I've always wanted to try the silken tofu pudding pie as well. Though maybe just pudding, ala Bittman!
Not usually one for desserts, I'd love to try this produce in a chocolate mousse!
I like to blend it with melted chocolate chips and peanut butter, then I pour it into a pie shell. Stick it in the 'fridge until it firms up and voila!
Oh, definitely a chocolate pie :)
I would love to try this hot like chocolate fudge!
That silken tofu is begging to be made into some ice cream!
Summer's approaching/here already, depending on where you are, so I'd probably go the smoothie/ice cream route!
I like your idea of making ice cream, but I'd probably go with a pie...maybe a frozen pie? Yum!
I need the vanilla one to devour directly from the container...I've craved a pudding substitute for years.
I had the chocolate for breakfast. I made a chocolate cherry vegan ice cream out of it a couple of weeks ago. So good!
