I saw that in GRID, that's awesome! I think it's great bc I feel that GRID doesn't have any veg options in their recipes ever. Which doesn't make sense for a sustainability magazine. I never understood how people could call themselves environmentalists, yet eat animals products. Go figure! ;)
That's so awesome! I will have to find myself a copy of GRID. So glad to have you as a local vegan. It is funny..I'm pretty sure we've crossed paths numerous times (always in/around Chinatown), but I'd hate to sound like a crazy lady if it isn't really you!
