It's funny, I read the article when my issue arrived in the mail and I thought to myself, "I wonder if Urban Vegan wrote this?" -and then I saw your name on the article! Great job! I grew up in western PA, but rarely ventured east. You made it extremely appealing!
As I was reading the article, I kept saying to myself "Hey, Dynise has been there!" Then I finally said "Dynise should have written this; who wrote this? Oh, yay - it WAS Dynise!" Congratulations on a great article.
